What it is
PMUY provides a deposit-free LPG connection plus first refill and stove free of cost to adult women of BPL/SECC-listed and other priority families.
Who qualifies
- 01Adult woman from poor household
- 02Family not already holding an LPG connection
- 03Listed in SECC / AAY / SC-ST / Forest-dweller / Most Backward Class category

- §Ration card or eligibility certificate

How to apply
- 01Visit pmuy.gov.in and create an account using your Aadhaar-linked mobile.
- 02Complete e-KYC and fill the application form with personal and bank details.
- 03Upload the documents listed above (scanned, under 2MB each, PDF or JPG).
- 04Submit and note the acknowledgement number for status tracking.
